Booking forms may ask for your name, email, phone number, your child’s first name and age, and information you choose to share. The school uses this information to arrange the requested visit, respond to questions, and communicate about that booking. Please avoid sending sensitive information through optional message fields.

Booking and payment services

When connected, GoHighLevel will process booking and form information on the school’s behalf. Payments will be handled through the school’s selected checkout provider; do not send card details in a message. The school will identify any additional providers and relevant data transfers before live collection begins.

Children’s photos and marketing

Booking a visit does not itself provide consent to publish a child’s photo or to receive unrelated marketing. Any such permissions should be requested separately.

Retention and your choices

The school must confirm its retention periods and privacy contact before this policy is finalized.
